I'm a newby to mobile speak. Does this mean someone could buy this from you and install it on their smart phone no problem? What version is it and what voice comes with it?

Brand new, it is something like $299 right?

Hi, yes you can install it on a smart phone without problems. You will just need the activation code for it. All the updates are free and it comes with DeckTalk. And yes new it sells for 295.

I'm not sure but I've heard that they charge some amount for change of installation/mobile?

Hi, ever since version 2.0 you don’t have to pay for changing phones. If you wanted you could switch phones every day.
